Have they been changing up Extra Magic Hours

I would like to know if they change these month to month, or can I plan on them being the same in summer as they will be when I make PS's in April? They already messed up my MK resort to EPCOT resort move

As of right now there's no indication that they are setting a pattern yet. Also, holiday's and later summer hours are going to play a factor. However, I don't think it will be too long before Disney commit's to some sort of EMH schedule.
