We purchased an AP yesterday online. We don't have one in our hand. It's to be picked up at the will call window. My TA went to book the room with the AP discount and they are asking for the AP number and exp. date. I have never has to do this before and always just presented the AP at check in if requested.
Has anyone else run into this?

I don't think that's a hard and fast rule at all; probably just that particular CM. I know I have been asked for my AP # in the past, but more often than not, I haven't been asked for it when I've made the reservation.

Do you have the voucher # (or a confirmation #) for the purchase? That should suffice. Perhaps your TA can try again -- a different CM will often be a totally different experience! :)

Sounds like your TA was trying to book online. Ask her to phone in to her TA line and they won't ask for the AP information......

You are absolutely right. That is what happened. she plans to call and do it tomorrow.
Thanks
