Is The Only Way To Change Resorts Is To Sell One,and Buy At The One You Want Thanks

I asked the same question last week. You would need to sell and then buy again.

Could you keep Saratoga and then buy an additional contract for Beach Club? :confused3 It might be a nice option for you.

Also, don't forget...a BCV contract runs until 2042, while Saratoga runs until 2054. :teeth:

I was thinking also, I own SSR and it is financed. Could you add on BCV or BWV and have it financed through Disney, then turn around and sell SSR and only keep the add-on ??

Yes

But BWV and BCV are still very hard to come by through Disney.

I asked my guide this question a few years ago, and he said that it is the only way. So we sold one and bought the one we wanted. We had financed our first purchase through Disney, and what I didn't realize was that we could still sell those points. The payoff of our remaining loan balance would be handled at closing, just like the mortgage on a house. I felt so dumb after the agent explained it to me-I was wondering about selling points when I had an outstanding mortgage, but didn't think twice about selling our house when it had a mortgage. Duh!

You're way upside down on SSR, giving up 12 extra years and looking to pay a small fortune for Beach Club?

Hell, nobody likes it there more than I do but in your case, it ain't worth it.
