Have pity on an Adobe challenged girl!

I'm working on a possible theme for the Disney 5 night Bahamian cruise in Sept 2008 and building off the "pirates" theme.

I'd like to use this photo


With this saying-
They say they stole the Disney Magic. But, we're taking her back and bringing her home.


Can anyone help me? I've spent the last 2 hours on Adobe Photoshop and I'm pulling my hair out...

I am still learning all the things I can do with my PhotoShop Elements, but I attempted a design for you. You are more than welcome to use it or wait around and I am sure other designers will be around. I'm not exactly sure what you were looking for or what colors you had in mind so if you want me to change anything, let me know.

Hopefully, the picture posts well - I'm not real sure how to do this.
