I decided on Wednesday to go down earlier, 11/18 instead of 11/21. Already had my 2br reserved through 12/02. They were able to give me the same on 11/19 & 20, but had only A studio on the 18th (not a big deal, parents weren't coming til Wed. still). After about 5 calls over the last day and a half, they got me my room. 14 nights preferred BWV - there's no place like home.

Just had to share with people in the know. It's tough to describe, and for others to comprehend the mere satisfaction

I,m so glad you got your EARLY change..I love MS..have rented a car thru them,made PS seatings thru them by e-mail and they sent me a conformation so I could print it out..they are really on the job..have a great Thanksgiving and see you on the 23rd at Luna...Marianne

We too decided to add a day on at the beginning of our trip. We're staying at VWL 11/25 to the 2nd. We wanted to add 11/24. Not available for us so, we are staying at the Comtempary Tower for that night!
