Have I lost my mind???

So it occurred to me that it might be fun to do a little PTR. I am not a writer though and am not even trying to pretend to be one. So as I was starting my PTR for Old Key West this morning, I did something a little crazy and booked a second Disney vacation before the first one even started. LOL!

Here is the cast:


Devon (11) DS who has been 5 times....
Trenton (9) DS who has ALSO been 5 times
Blake (7) DS who has been twice unless you count me being pregnant
Haleigh (5) DD who has only been ONCE
and me Elle (29) who has made countless trips to Disneyland and Disney World

We are heading down on the 15th and staying through the 23rd at Old Key West in a 2BR villa.

I don't think you are crazy...I think you are dedicated! I wish I could plan 2 vacations but I guess I should count myself lucky that I get to plan 1 with this economy. We are staying at OKW too. Have you stayed there before?

No, we have never stayed at OKW before. We basically had the choice to stay in ASM Family Suites, FW cabins or some of the 2BR deluxe villas. OKW was the cheapest so I booked it. DBF basically said it is not much of a vacation for us if we don't have our own space.

We got it for 40% off through the military deal. Good thing we booked a 2BR villa because my Dad decided to come so now we are a party of 7!!!

This is off the subject a little but I booked a second trip to DW and we are staying at the Polynesian Resort for 6 nights and 7 days starting on September 22nd! WOOHOO!!!

The first night(Thursday) we get there we are going to Olivia's for dinner. Seems easy and that will give us a chance to explore the resort and let the kids swim a little.

Friday we are doing lunch with the Disney princesses at Restaurant Akershus. I think I am going to see if DD wants to dress up. If not she has some cute custom outfits I have for her.

Saturday we are doing breakfast at Tusker House and then dinner at Boma. I think Boma is my 11 yr olds favorite meal since a previous stay at Animal Kingdom Lodge.

Sunday we are going to eat dinner at Tony's Town Square.

Cinderella character dinner at 1900 Park Fare on Monday evening.

Tuesday brings dinner with Pooh and friends at Crystal Palace.

Wednesday is DS's(11 will be 12) birthday lunch and he has requested 50's Primetime Cafe.

The only two meals we have previously done are Crystal Palace and 1900 Park Fare. So any food suggestions at the other restaurants are GREATLY appreciated.

I always plan lots of character meals because the kids enjoy them and I feel like it saves VALUABLE park time for rides, etc.
