Have codes "Avaliable to Anyone" come out yet?

I've looked on Mousesavers.com and AP discounts are out for Jan. and Feb. of 2003. What about codes avaliable to anyone for that same time frame?

I asked the same thing (see "General Public Code Availability"). The latest response from Rneighh was that a CM said the codes should come out in late November. Thirty days & counting!!!!!!
