I noticed the small print for our APs states that access my be refused or limited e.g. when park is very crowded. Has this ever happened to anyone? Just a bit concerned because we are going over Easter and everything I've seen suggests that it will be REALLY BUSY. Just concerned that if we go in the afternoon we may not be allowed in, since we want to see the parks at night when it is open late. I don't think we will bother with very long queues but it would be lovely to see the castle at night.

No i have never heard of that happen. I am sure you will be ok :thumbsup2

Never heard of this either but on safety grounds I'm sure DLP has to include this optout just in case :)

last year i was refused entry at disneyland park with my annual passport slightly different situation but maybe something that may or may not be of use to someone else all 3 of our ap alarmed at the barier........major embarrasment let me tell you problem we entered studios for quick meet and greet left to go to the disneyland park all within a 5 minute period once we we explained this they let us in but i think there is sort of a security feature incase you are trying to use them or lost them and someone else tries to enter the other park so soon after the first.....use still hope this makes sense it only happened the once but they did look at us as if we were criminals well it felt like that briefly and they worked fine again thereafter

yes, that feature is in existence at several WDW parks. I can do the same with MGM and Epcot, and set off the feature. Usually they just verify your ID.

As to restricting access, it happens at WDW and DL, but I haven't read yet about DLRP

I'd be interested to know what the park capacity is and whether it's ever been reached.
Anyone know ? :)

I visited DLP on Easter 2004 and while busy, it wasn't close to capacity.

The clause is indeed there for when the park reaches capacity. At that point they let no one in and have to wait for people to leave. I know it has happened in the past. Not sure if it has since studios opened howver.
