friend of mine is thinking about work as internship at disney, have anyone here worked for disney as intern before, what's it? is it fun and worth to try?

yes - there are several Walt Disney World College Program threads around the boards.

If you do a search on the Dis for Walt Disney World College Program or WDWCP you should be able to find lots of opinions.

There are also some great alumni sites out on the net. Try google you should find a ton.

There are TONS of WDWCP alumni on the Dis. And a lot of us are campus representatives for the program, too.
