Have anyone tried Maya Grill

I heard its part of the dining plan, and the menu looks great

was wondering if anyone tried it and how was their experience and what did you order??

food is all i think about these days!

The last time we were in WDW DH and I ate at Maya Grill. A few years back it was in the Entertainment book, and that is why we originally ate at this fabulous restaurant. Service was excellent and food delicious. I had the filet mignon and DH had the salmon and we were both very pleased.
We'll be staying at CSR in October with the dining plan and I'm so happy that this restaurant (and Pepper Grill) have been added as an option. We will definitely be eating here again.

You might have to "bump" a few times before you get a sufficient # of replies. Maya is sort of off the beaten path as far as restaurants go and, since they changed the menu a few years back, most folks who dine there these days are guests at Coronado Springs.

We liked Maya Grill alot when it opened because it featured Nuevo Latino cuisine. Then, they changed the menu to simple steaks, chops, etc. I guess the convention crowd didn't go for the latin stuff. However, they have kept a few appetizers and desserts that still seem to have a latin flair. Last time we went, we had several appetizers and desserts and enjoyed it.
