Have an idea, but need a designer to do it for me please

In my head, I have a design, but have no talent/skills to actually do the design. I picture Santa with mickey ears holding Tink in his hand with the words "believe in the magic". Can someone do this for me please? I am hoping to make the shirts this weekend for a group of 10 of us. Thanks!
