Have All Incentives Stopped?

I was just browsing the DVC Member website a few minutes ago and clicked on the "Special Offers" link, this is what came up:

Check Back Soon!
There are currently no Specials being offered; please contact your Disney Vacation Club Guide with any questions you may have.

So, is it just a glitch in the system or have they truly stopped the incentives (ie: Free AP's, 1-Day Hoppers, Free Vacation, etc.)?

Does that mean that the price per point will indeed go up?

I don't know about promos, but I can confirm, without any hesitation or doubt, that point prices are going up.....

The Complimentary Vacation is still mentioned on the public DVC site. And, reports here indicate that it should be running through the end of February.
