Have a question and some ressies to cancel...

I have several ressies that I will cancel this weekend. If someone were to want them, how would we "officially" go about changing the name on the ressies without just giving someone else my name and ressie number? The following are the ressies that I am giving up:

Feb 5 - Whispering Canyon 5:20, party of 6
Feb 6 - Le Cellier 12:10, party of 6 (two tables)
Feb 7 - Chef Mickey 8:20, party of 2
Feb 8 - Trail's End 6:00, party of 6
