Have a question about pontoon rentals for fireworks

looking to rent one during the fireworks at magic kingdom during my honeymoon. Has anyone done this and how much does it cost? How do I book? and if im going in October when should I book? any help would be deeply appreciated.

You can book a fireworks cruise 90 days out. There are all different boats, we reserved a pontoon boat that holds 12 people for the Wishes fireworks for $120. I know there are also Illuminations cruises that are harder to get because there are fewer boats available. Check out www.allearsnet.com for information.

Yes, it is romantic.

Your fee pays for a boat captain, but doesn't include tip.

You usually board the boat about an hour before the fireworks start, and then cruise around, chat, do Disney trivia, etc.

We did the illuminations cruise last February. They will pick you up at the yacht and Beach club dock and then cruise over by MGM, bringing you back underneath the bridge between France and England, for what essentially is a private viewing there on the boat. The cost was about $120.00 for up to 10 people. Now, you can spend more if you want sandwiches and drinks. We took a bottle of champagne and sodas for the kids onboard with us. It's all up to you, but they will give you options.

I was thinking leaving from the Grand Floridian? Can I bring a cooler? Is there anything you can not bring in the cooler. I was thinking bringing some beer would that be ok? I was planning on just getting the cruise and than bringing my own drinks.
