Okay, so we are going to WDW in about 70 days. We have 2 rooms at CBR. 2 adults/1 child in one room. 2 adults in the other. Now one of the adults in the 2 adults room may back out. They have their airline tickets and room and dinning paid for. All of our ADR's are for 5. CRT, Ohanna's, Cape May Cafe, Crystal Palace, and Hollywood and Vine. These are all CC holds. I know we have time to change things up to 45 days before we leave. The 2 adults are newbies, so I told them I had to know at the 60 day mark. Now we can put the other adult in our room, that is not a problem, but what would you do about ADR's. I am not even going to try to change the one at CRT. It is for dinner after the BBB appointment. Will they charge 10.00 for each dinner that she is not at. Or should I call and tell them we are going to be short a person? I am so mad about this. I have put a lot of work into this trip. I really do not care if she goes or not, I just feel bad for her mom. This gal pulled a stunt like this at Christmas. She is all about herself, and does not care how anyone else feels. We are going to have a great trip, no matter what. But I am not sure what to do about the ADR's. Help.:confused3

Your fine on the charge, they don't charge you as long as you cancel within 24 hours. I would call Disney Dining and explain the situation, see if you can change the reservation to five, I can't see what the difference would be if you have 5 or 6, it's probably the same table. It's like the thread about getting an ADR solo, someone made an ADR for two, then called back and changed it to one and it was fine.

I've been hearing that as long as some of the party shows up, you won't get charged for the cancelled guests (that is anecdotal, but from a variety of other podcasts and websites). Otherwise, I'd just tell the other party that there will be certain cancellation charges they may be responsible for.
