Have 1 day and only interested in Harry Potter

Will be staying onsite and am only interested in HP. Using early entry (will be there mid July), how long should it take to experience all HP? Can it be done in 1 day?

I have many opportunities to experience the rest of US/IOA. I am touring with a friend who ONLY wants to do HP.

Sure it can. I'd do it the way Harry did and start at Diagon Alley.

If you can do Hogsmeade at night, definitely do it. Hogwarts is gorgeous at night.

Yes, it absolutely can be done in one day.

Agree with above, Hogsmeade is beautiful at night........the dragon is more spectacular at night, but seeing the castle and shops all lit up is breathtaking.

Yes it can be ..Each Harry Potter area is like a small land at Disneys Magic kingdom

In order to do all the HP sections, do you need an Express Pass? Can an Express Pass even be used on HP attractions?

EP can't be used on FJ, Gringotts or Hogwarts Express

Can use it for Dragon Challenge and little coaster in Hogsmeade.
