haunted mansion

has anyone had anything weird or interesting happen while in line for haunted mansion?
i was just wondering.. haha

like the last time we went, we were in the moving room, and my mom and my sister were tryin to make me look up at the guy hanging from the ceiling and i didnt want to, and then they started laughing, and i didnt know why. then when the doors opened, my sister told me to turn around, but i just thought she was trying to creep me out. but after we went out, they told me that the worker, who was about my height, was standing like right behind me the whole time, just staring at the back of my head. that gave me the chills the rest of our vacation.

so it was just on my mind and i was just wonderin bout you guys,

My sister hates that ride, just because of the stretching room. She refuses to go on it now.
The only weird thing that happens to me is that is breaks down whenever I'm on it. Just for a little bit though. It's probably wheelchair people getting on and off.

Those workers always try to freak you out lol. It worked on my best friend, Chad. He freaked out, it was hilarious.

No not really but my mom is alxo on DIS and her one freind showed her a picture of a "ghost" in it you cant see it in the normal picture but once he/she lightened the picture on photobucket there was a guy standing there it was really weird (and it wasnt a cast member)

lol When I was about to watch the pre show for tower of terror... I noticed the CM go around to about the area I was standing... but I didn't pay much attention to where he went.

so at the end of the show... where it goes "The Twilight Zone" and it turns black. the guy was apparently RIGHT behind me and he did a creepy laugh!! lol I jumped!! and then my family was laughing and my mom told me that he was behind me the whole show.. making weird breathing sounds lol

ahh the pleasures of being a CM.

I had a really good one once. I was getting into my doombuggy once and I got in first so I was sitting on the right side (left if you're facing it) and all of a sudden someone pops out and screams at me from around the back of the buggy. It was a cast member and he scared the crap out of me. I screamed so loud. I don't know how he even got back there since the ride is always moving.

I turn around and stare back whenever they do that to me.

A CM did that to my friend at ToT and she got so freaked out she was almost crying when we left the room. She was already nervous about going on the ride, so the CM threw her overboard. She loved the ride though, so there was a happy ending.

But nothing interesting happens on the HM with me, except like what CareBear00 said, it always stops when I'm on it too.

Yeah one time a few years back when my brother was younger...we were waiting in line by one of the garbage cans and one of the castmembers came up to my little brother and smacked the garbage can and it made this really loud noise and my poor brother was terrified. I thought it was pretty funny, but the guy felt really bad after my brother was crying a lot.

The first time we went on haunted mainsion which was this april,we didn't know how scary it would be when you went in the streching room,my sister got freaked out we we started walking in there.During the whole ride she had her sunglasses on and clossed her eyes and hide behind my dad.It was really funny.Now i make fun or her about it.I always ask her if the next time we go to disney if she wants to go on again.lol.

A cm started staring at me to freak me but i just stared right back at him, until he did this creepy little nod thing at me.
And i turned around to find one directly behind me just staring.
and i'm sure a few of glared manically when they show the hanging body if you look at them.
nothing more than some fun though.

Once, me and my friend were riding up ( right after you get on ) that little hill, and out of knowhere, a cast member ran up right to our buggy, screamed and scared the bejesus out of us! 0_o To this day I can't ride up that hill without closing my eyes and fearing that that will happen again @_@

Haha.
This is making me scared.
I have never gotton to go to the Haunted Mansion because when I was little I wouldn't go.
And then it was closed down when I went last summer.
I'm looking forward to going next year!

the last time i was there a cast member with this humungus! pitch fork started following me and my family, but i didn't know it, and when i turned around he was there and i completely flipped out!

it was awful but funny at the same time

And then there are the times where they're so creepy it's kinda funny. XD
Once on Tower of Terror, when the ride was over and the doors were opening back up, the castmember was just standing there, laying his head against the wall, almost as if he had just been staring at the door for 2 minutes.

My sister and I went on it during EMH at night once and there was this guy by the enterance saying "Goodbye" to everyone as they walked by. We just waved like a bunch of dorks and were like "BYE!!!!!" and he gave us this evil glare and was like "It's not fun to die, you know" and then we were all "Really? That's not cool".....yup.

And then once we actually got on the ride, this dude jumped right infront of the buggy we were on and we screamed bloody murder. It was awesome. But I LOVE that kind of stuff. I went to a Haunted House for Halloween with one of my friends and this guy was chasing us down with an Ax. We were running, screaming at the top of our lungs, and laughing at the same time. And then we couldn't find our way out because it was completely dark and we kept running into dead ends.

I love haunted houses. They're win.

haha. Once in the Haunted Mansion room one of the CM was evil glaring at me, so I just stared at him back, and he told me he'd warn the other CMs and the ghosts that I was unscarible " for now " xD
And once I went on TOT on a really unbusy night and it was just me, my,sister and 4 other people in the car, and the elevator was dropping and all of the sudden it jerked to a stop right as we were coming to the place where you could see the skeletons. All you could see was the skeletons faces and they had pretty scary expressions on.. and there was a 6 year old on it with us... I have never heard someone more scared in my life

The last time I went to Disney I was 4 so I didn't go on any of those creepy rides but my friend goes to Disney a lot so maybe one day she'll take me. Then I'll force her to go on it with me!! We'll get the crap scared out of us together.
