Haunted Mansion pin release 02/13 at WDW

Anyone else going to this? I'll be there at 4:30 a.m. or so--will that get me a place in line for the framed pin set?

In my opinion there is no need to get there early. The frame set has a high edition size at 213 and an even higher price at $295, which is $100 higher then previous sets, where the LE 100 set sold out, but the LE 300 one is still available. It's a very nice set, but IMHO it will be there for a while. If you do go, enjoy yourself and the experience!!

I thought the fact that the pins in the frame are exclusive to that frame would make a big difference, unlike those in previous frames. Thanks for your advice!

That's a good point about the pins. Probably a reason they bumped the price up as the pins are unique to just the set. Did you go to the release this morning, if so curious to how things went?

I was there just after 11 am. They would not sell the pins to anyone at that time without a wristband. They were waiting for the wristband people to have first crack at buying the pins. And there were PLENTY of pins remaining.
I returned after work and easily bought those I wanted.
The $300 for the framed set I thought was ridiculous. I would be surprised if they sell all those any time soon.
I have Pin 53674: WDW - Friday the 13th at the Haunted Mansion - Framed Set (6 Pins) and that was a bargain in comparison at $125.
The box set I did not like the colors. Even a black and white with gray scheme would have been better I thought. And it seemed like too much cardboard box with not large enough pins.
The $95 jumbo was nice. But even at that price I easily passed.
I would be surprised if there still were not plenty of pins remaining tomorrow.
