Haunted Mansion Halloween

I saw on the DL website that it starts on Sept 25th. But I couldn't find when, and for how long, the Haunted Mansion will be closed to set up for that. Any ideas on when they wil close it? Or how long it usually takes to complete the transformation??

It looks as though this year HM will go down for the overlay on 9/10/09 and stay closed until 9/24 or so, at which time it will reopen as HMH. The official Halloweentime season begins on 9/25, but they may do a soft opening of HMH a couple of days before.

The date HM will go down definitely starts on 9/10 (there is a HM event on 9/9 so they cannot close it before that). Now, as to whether or not it will open as HMH earlier than 9/24 is anyone's guess. But you will see the original HM on your trip!
