Haunted Mansion and Crowds

Hey all, this is a two-parter:

First off, I know Haunted Mansion is closed to account for the reversal of the Christmas attraction to its original form. My question is, when does this change take place and how long does it take? My wife and I are going to Disneyland January 31, and we were hoping our favorite attraction would be open for our trip.

Also, how are the crowds at the end of January, early February? Thanks for any input.

I believe HMH reopens as HM, in late January. The crowds during that time are very low. The only possible crowds might come on the weekend (which is when all major entertainment is shown)

HMH is closed Jan 7 - 24 for removal of the overlay. It should reopen on Jan 25.

I would check that several times, as information can change. Have a great trip, you should experience nice low crowds, during the week in particular!
