Has this happened to anyone?

Hi we are new DVC owners and will be checking in Saturday 17th. Ive been getting online check in notices and welcome to disney see you soon emails all week. Plus have talked to a few member services agents over the past few weeks who constantly confirm my reservations plus I can see it online.

And then today I thought I would try to do the online check in again but now its saying my reservation was cancelled. And I'm not sure what time member services is supposed to open but I am freaking out over here. Has this happened to anyone?

I got through. Appearantly they are upgrading their system and they changed the reservation numbers. But all is well and all our plans are still in their system. Whew!!!

Thank you. Seriously. Ive been planning this trip since 07.
We are staying Animal Kindgom Kidani Villas for 2 nights then switching over to SSR for another 7 nights.
