Has This Ever Happened to Anyone Else?

Last night and this AM, I have been unable to sign into PCH's site.

Whenever I try I get:

ALERT!

Login Failed. Please make sure you entered the correct user name and password

Then when I try to retreive my password on the off chance that I have forgotten it (which I KNOW that I have not) I get this:

ALERT!

We're sorry. Your account information could not be validated against your entry to retrieve your lost password. Please click below to try again.


I know that the e-mail is correct since I have the "Welcome" e-mail from that site in that account.

Could this be a "cookie" thing? If so, what do I need to do to remedy this?

Also, I run Ad-Aware every evening to get rid of the junk left from these sites, could I have deleted a file that I needed to log on here?

This has happened to me too... I've found that if I click on the "logout" button (left side of the screen) that it will take me back to the original login screen. At this point I just login like normal. I hope this works for you!

Very odd. I went to try to follow your suggestion, Ginny and went to the PCH site and I did not even have to log in - it recognized me. Who knows? But I was able to get the site of the day and I am going to do the Trivia now.

Thanks for the suggestion, Ginny and if I have this trouble again, I will give it a try.

Hey Mal!

www.pchpoints.com is run by and almost just like Memolink. They have a site of the day, a trivia question each day, and for points e-mails.
I have just started so I am not sure how long it takes to cash out without a purchase.
I figure that it is effortless and not time consuming, so why not give it a try.
