Has Soarin' opening effected Joy and Sadness lines?

We are headed down soon and are hoping that Soarin' and the soon to open Frozen pulls people out of the Sadness line at Rope Drop. Any experiences?

Seems that Joy and Sadness seem to be a steady 45-60 min wait all day

I cant imagine many people going for the joy and sadness meet and greet over the new frozen ride and soarin at rope drop. Especially since Frozen, Soarin and TT are all tier 1. People are going to have to hit one of them during rope drop to avoid waiting in line all day.
