Has Rivers of Light been tweaked?

I saw RoL shortly after it opened and was sadly underwhelmed. I have seen it another time since then and didn't like it much better. Granted, both of those times I was seated about 3/4 of the way up in the stands. However, I saw it again last week from the third row and really liked it. The music seemed much better and the visuals were really lovely. Hard to believe that just sitting closer could make so much difference. That's why I was wondering if it has been tweaked/changed since its opening. I felt like I was seeing a different show. Was I?

It's been the same since it opened as far as I know. Sometimes they might have an effect not working or something but it hasn't had an overhaul or anything

I think the show itself is the same. But I think they added back in the performers walking in through the theater that had been removed from original plan. Folks seem to enjoy having them so close, seeing their costumes and making a connect with audience. Perhaps that played in to your view of it.

I saw it when it first opened and then again this January. I also felt like it was better in January - the visuals seemed more clear to me. I do wonder if they've worked out some kinks with the projections on the water and also wonder if things like wind (or lack of wind) can effect how good the projections look?
