We ate there at one of our first trips to Disney and the food was nothing less than disappointing. The service was just mediocre. I keep wanting to try it again, but DH always puts his foot down.

The last time we at there was about 6 years ago. So, has it gotten any better since then? Is it worth giving it another try?

Funny- last time we were there was 2006. We had terrible service, and food was just OK also. I have wanted to try again, because it was also 6 years ago, and MY husband also says NO WAY!!! Curious to see what everyone else says....

we've gone there a couple times but just to use up our 15 dollar vouchers that come with our package bookings.
We always go mid afternoon when we can just walk in an just get a couple appetizers (first time we had 2, 15 dollar vouchers....last time we had 1).
we always get the chicken crunch app and we got the garlic bread this time too.
was delicious....we made lil sandwiches out of them putting them together..lol.

last time we got chicken crunch, sliders, and tostados. everything was great that we had.

DH and I went just a few weeks ago because someone had given us gift certificates for Christmas. We REALLY enjoyed it!! I wasn't expecting it to be very good since I had read so many bad reviews on here, but how can you pass up a free meal...even if it's supposed to be a bad free meal?
We both got pasta dishes and thought they were wonderful!! I got Chicken Alfredo and he got the Pasta Carbonara. We got a side of breadsticks as well and those were terrible (I don't think either of us finished one even though we're big on bread), but we both thought the pasta was delicious. I'm picky about my meat too and mine was well cooked and sliced thin with no fat. We both cleaned our plates! So 2 thumbs up from me! :thumbsup2:thumbsup2

I was just there this past week and had one of the best ribeye steaks and baked potato, the wife had the nacho chip compo and was great, the service was excellent, right there when we needed something and kept our drinks filled, even had a person in the bath room to turn on the water and had me a cloth towel to dry my hands with. It may be a little loud for some with the music but I found it OK. Will be returning. :lovestruc

I love Planet Hollywood. We've always had yummy food there. The only reason I don't like to go is it's SOOOO loud/busy/crowded.

We went last year. I was not expecting much but to my surprise the crab cakes that i ordered were amazing. I dont recall what everyone else had to eat but they all enjoyed their meals as well. I would definitely go back. It was much better than I had remembered it be.
