Has it always been so?

I was reading my threads today, and accidently slipped past the "jump to " drop down menu. Low and behold there is a "similar thread" list. Has it always been there (well, since the new boards) or am I totally oblivious to things new?

No I think it's new to these boards, but then again, I could be wrong.
