Has Disney ever done an AP appreciation month, like Universal does?

I posted a thread recently talking about how I believe Universal is currently putting out better content and supporting their loyalist better than Disney is currently doing.
I haven't been an AP holder for Disney in the past, only as a child in the 90s with my parents. But has Disney ever done Passholder Appreciation days? Similar to what Universal does currently?

It's like you think Disney cares about people with an AP.

Makes me feel better about becoming a Universal AP holder this year.
You mean compared to the WDW AP that you can't even buy right now?

Actual answer: no, not in the specific way that UO does theirs, but they've done perks and whatnot throughout the year - free magnets, posters, etc. Depends on the season and when they need extra draws for attendance. They've also done a few VIPassholder events.

PS: it's not a coincidence that UO's Passholder Appreciation days start when schools go back in session.

AP holder and Local...

In the past there are times when you get 30% off of purchase's, discounts on hard ticket events, access to tickets hard tickets events early, room discount, free parking, discount on dining, free magnets, and in the past there were other promotion, like a coasters, posters, etc..

I personally don't compare WDW and Universal... its not apples to apples... total two different approaches in the theme park. Each with great stuff to offer, its up to you to decide which works for you...
