Has date free dining will be available to the public been officially announced?

I have seen Thursday mentioned a lot......is this just speculation or fact? I have a friend who is wanting to book and was wondering if there was an announcement or anything I could show her?

Well no official announcement since it is not Thursday yet.. but CM's have been saying to call back on Thursday..

The e-mail I received from Disney on Monday regarding the Disney Visa package said that it would be going to the public on Thursday, April 12!
