I've seen it a couple times, and watched it in English Class once. It's a pretty good movie - I like the song "Seize the Day" that they sing in it.

I've got the piano music for Seize the Day though, its a really nice song.

All I really know about it is that Alan Menken did the music. Can anyone fill me in on the story of the movie?

the movie is about the news boays of 1899 in new york city. what happend is the newsies went an strike because the papers that they bought went up 10 cents per hundred. and the movie is disney version on what when on. I can say that is is close to the truth. if you havent seen it and you like musicals then go and see it! it is a great movie!

haha i just figured out where i heard that name before. thay have a soundtrack out right? well if they do which i'm almost positive they do i was on the way home from the mall with some friends and one of them just bought the cd and we listened to it the whole way home. it wasn't too bad actually.
