Has anyone been on Royal Caribbean, Majesty of the Seas cruise?
Yup, it's official. No Disney World ( ) we're going on the cruise December 23-26th. (2008 lol)

If anyone has been on that cruise, and can give me bad/good reviews (mostly bad, I want my mommy to cancel so we can go to disney :P) it would be greatly appreciated.

I'm still WAY bummed we're not going to Disney. I'm not happy about this cruise, and sorry if I offend anyone by saying that cruises aren't my thing or anything. I'd rather spend my Christmas day at WDW rather than on some boat.

I'd be less negative about this if this wasn't REPLACING our wdw vacation. I was so ready for that trip. And then, suddenly BAM! No more disney for you Melissa! We decided to go on a cruise! Apparently, my opinion doesn't matter to them. My cousin isn't happy either. We're the biggest wdw fans. And we've told them that we aren't happy that they changed their minds.

Oops, sorry, I started to vent, and that's not what I wanted to do xD

So anyway, has anyone been on Royal Caribbean, Majesty of the seas?

See this can be a pleasent experience or it can be hell. 1st off how old r u? Second of check if the ship is a younger kid ship. If it is ure in for hell. Little kids throwing things and screaming at dinner and huge lines. im srry 2 sound 2 pesemistic but i and othr family memebers have had 2 many bad experience on "kid friendly" ships.

Oh. Those cruises are terrible. DEFINITELY don't go. I went on one two years ago. There were little kids (5-8) running around and they threw food too. It was no fun at all, and the room was tiny and smelled funny. It was terrible, deifnitely DO NOT GO.

What he said but again u gotta check if the one that ure sailing on is "kid friendly" if it isnt u will have a really good time. Or u can have a good time either way and me and !magine are just old grouches lol

No it was really that bad. My parents hated it too, there weren't any good activities and the food was bad too.

Haha, it's ok, I'm a grouch too xD
I think I could have a good time if I tried...but, I'm just so frustrated!

And I am NOT looking forward to the rooms. My mom compared it to the size of my grandma's kitchen....=/ Not good.
I don't know how much time I'm going to spend in the room though.

I'm 16 btw.

If you've got a verandah, or at least a window, I'd say you'll be fine.
Inside cabins, I've been told, are like living in a dark world. If you never had a clock, or never left the room, you'd never know whether it was night or day.

See, if it was a disney cruise we were going on....
I would get my disney, they would get their cruise!
;)

Haha, thanks =)

Sorry,no help here.
Only done a Disney cruise.

Have you brought up the idea of a Disney cruise?
It's Disney and a Cruise...call it compromise.
Then you don't have to give up Disney, and they don't have to give up the cruise.
Win-Win situation.;)

Oh gosh! Lol!
I don't think we have verandas.
We're on the 5th level though, would that be under the water?

We have. But, we can't afford a disney cruise right now. =(
Maybe in the future though =)
My mom said if Royal Caribbean will let us take a different plane ride home, we could stay at a Disney hotel for a night or two, we don't know if we could go to a park or not. So, I'm hoping that would work out =)

I'm just going to have to deal with this cruise, and make the best of it. xD

I wish I could go on a Disney cruise but its expensive! :[
So not any time soon...

But next November, I will hopefully be going with my best friend on a cruise for Royal Caribbean too. I've never been on a cruise so hopefully it will be good! And if I can get the money!

I've heard really good reviews about this cruise.
All in all, people say they got their money's worth.

But I like hearing what you guys think =)

My mom wants to go on a cruise too. Ew, definitely not for me. Sorry for all you cruise lovers out there but I would just rathar go to Magic Kingdom.
