Has anyone used "Yourride.net"

We are on a tight schedule to get from the Port back to the airport after our cruise in May. Saw something about "yourride.net" and checked out their website. I saw a number of letters singing their praises, but anyone can make up letters like this. Has anyone who frequents the DIS boards used them?
