Has Anyone Used This Travel Agency?

That's only because the Moderators here blocked them from posting on the Disboards since someone from their agency broke the rules by attempting to advertise here in a post. Got this info. from another post from a couple years back.

Anyone have any experience with this agency as I am getting ready to book?

Yes I just used them from a trip in November. I can't find one thing I would have done better. She got me all the reservations I wanted and fast passes were perfect. She even sent a small spiral bound book with everything going on the day were were in each park with our reservations and fast passes listed. She got me discounts when they came out and got me into POR with free dining. I could not have been happier with them.

I've used them 3 times and they are wonderful, my inlaws and SIL's family also used them. They were friendly, helpful and the only place that has had Christmas week discounts that we have found. They have the lowest ticket prices I have found through their agency exclusive discounts.

Glad to hear the good reviews. I just booked one of their agency specials for the YC the other day. It was an unbelievable price & so far my dealings with the agent have been great. She has also been very prompt in getting back to my emails.

We are using them for a second time for a family trip this summer. Depending on when you go they have great deals.

We just went through the same agent we used last time and he is always quick to get back to us.

used them for the first time last year. Got a rate better than my military discount. No issues with my reservations. I too did my own ADRs and FPs, but he offered to help me with those if I chose to. I'd book with them again. I only bought the hotel ressie, as we had our own military tickets. I'd use the same agent again too. He was responsive and helpful.

I used them to book my disney cruise in the royal suite and i loved loved lived my ta. Responsive, prompt, knowledgeable, great obc, will definitely be using her again.

I am using them for the first time for my trip in October. I got awesome deal same price of a value for a moderate. I have read all good things about them and they seem to always have good deals. I think I will be using them again if this goes well.
Does anyone know if they work on the weekend? I need to send in my deposit ( didn't get the chance to fax it while at work).

I used Jodi Evanoff for my first time using this agency and she was great. Always gets back to me right away, very efficient. Just used her again to book our next trip at the GF, for the first time since our honeymoon.....just can't beat their amazing prices when you book one of their special rates.
They also have excellent park ticket prices. They are a little lower than UndercoverTourist.

We used them for two one night stays (before and after a cruise). I got really good rates with them (better than what my CM friend could get me for the same time). The only complaint I had was on our post-cruise stay we had a crappy room location (third floor, furthest room from the elevator and my husband has some issues from a car wreck - he can't do stairs). It was late when we checked in on that Saturday and we tried to get moved to a different area. The resort CM said that since we booked with a TA who had booked a block of rooms, she could not change our location without the TA's consent. It was ok because we were only there one night but it would have been a problem if we were staying longer. I know everyone can't have the best location so sometimes you are the one that ends up with the worst.
