Has anyone used Roomsavers.com?

I came acroos this website and it looks interesting. I would prefer to book a room directly instead of priceline for one night.
The 1st night we get in will be late and just want a decent place to crash. Anyone??

I have, but not for Orlando. Basically, the offers and terms on the site are identical to those found in Exit Information Guide booklets.

When we went to Pigeon Forge TN (Dollywood) this summer, we knew we would be stopping for the night in Staunton VA so I did a search and printed a coupon out for a Microtel at a rate of $46.00/night. When we arrived, they honored the price no problem, and it was a delightful hotel, though smallish.

If you have any doubt, the hotel's phone number should come up with the coupon. If you find a hotel at a price you like, just give them a call and ask if they really honor the coupons, just to reassure yourself.

I have used them also. I used the coupons in both ohio and erie pa and in florida. The savings were great and the hotels honored them no problem. The hotels seem to be close to major highway exits.

I used them twice on our last drive to WDW. On the way down, I used the coupon with no problem. On the way home, the hotel would not accept it. It was very busy at the hotel (we waited in a line to check-in) and they said that they only have a certain amount of rooms alloted for the discount and they were all gone. (There was a disclaimer to this effect in the fine print of the coupon). I put up a mild protest and they gave me a senior citizens discount (not bad for a 36 year old ) which was not as deep a discount as the roomsavers coupon, but was lower than the original rate they quoted.
