Has anyone used Magical Express out of Toronto?

I've been told that we can do this, as you clear USA customs here in Toronto before you leave. Has anyone used the luggage tags from Toronto, any can you explain the step by step process for me?

I haven't done it but here is the general procedure.

After you clear USA customs on the way to Disney, put the yellow Magical Express tags on baggage that needs to be checked (or rechecked) with the airline.

If you don't clear customs until you get to Orlando you have your luggage in your hands for customs and you might as well carry the luggage to the Magical Express Welcoming Area. But you can still attach the tags and hand the luggage back to the airport staff for resort delivery if you want to.

Going back home, non-U.S. travelers must bring their luggage to the Magical Express bus and not try to do resort airline baggage checking.
