Did you like it? I want one for my 30th b-day but NOONE I know does any type of scrapbooking/cardmaking, etc.

Anyway, if anyone could give me some feedback, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks:cool1:

My sister just got one and loves it. When I was up there I saw some of the things done on it and thought it was cute. However, I'm reluctant to purchase something that will get expensive with adding to it. I already have a Cricut and getting new cartridges, mats and blades just adds up too much. I know that Michaels is having a sale this week on the alphabet die cuts for Cuttlebug making them $59.99. Again, just too much added expense for me.

Tons of Cuttlebug examples in the galleries, and tons of threads. Wanted to buy one myself today at Michael's, but the cashier would not take my 40% coupon, so I walked away.

I have heard nothing but positive over there. The single dies/embossing plates run $5.99 - $12.99 at my Michael's. it is the alpha sets that are $59.00. Cricut is more versatile as you can change the size of the font, but the machine itself is 2-3X the cost of the cuttlebug.

I was just going to suggest splitcoaststampers! I love the samples I've seen over there. I'm thisclose to buying it!

I have a Cuttlebug and a Cricut and love them both. I use the Cricut for fonts and most shapes, but the Cuttlebug embossing plates are fantastic. I got the Cuttlebug for Christmas and have bought many of the embossing plates. The impressions are so deep and clear and with a just a little ink or chalk they really add a lot to a scrapbook page or card. I do have a couple of the regular dies also and they are nice for small items that I don't want to cut with the Cricut or they don't have available.:thumbsup2
