It's an aerobic exercise program. I am so sick of seeing the infommercials for it that I hope against hope that SOMEONE is getting some good use out of the darn program!!

Ugh. Seriously people. Want to lose weight? Eat less, move more. Save your money and have a salad and baked chicken breast for dinner, and go for a walk afterwards. You be thiner and have more money, isn't that the American dream?
If it's this one, my DW bought it about a month ago and uses it a couple of times a week. She enjoys it and gets a good workout from it. If you have any specific questions, let me know and I'll ask her about it.

Well, that depends on how often you exercise, what you eat, and how much you eat. I will say this, though...my DW loves the workouts and it supplements what she does in the gym. I tried doing it a couple of times with her. I could keep up with the exercises but I don't have nearly the coordination to remember the steps. I look like a lost fool. I think I'll stick to the spin class and free weights.
If you have any questions about it, let me know and I'll run it by her.
Yeah, I could never do the steps in an exercise class, either. I am not into public humiliation! I think it sounds interesting because it does not seem to be too abusive....but....I am not sure I could keep up with it! As I am old!
