Has Anyone Tried Fullbar?

I have seen the commercial and was interested until I got to the website and they have you join a club and it seemed so costly for something that may not even work. When I was at the mall today I saw that GNC sells them. No club to join and I can buy them one or two at a time. So my questions are...

Has anyone tried them?
Do they work?
Any side effects like tons of bloating?

I thought that I may give it a try for a week.
