Has anyone stayed in a 'butler villa' or suite at Portofino?

I would love to hear from anyone that has stayed at conceirge at PB or in a suite. How did you rate it? Pictures anyone?

They no longer offer the butler service...I heard it was excellent for the people who got to use it for a short time.

We stayed in a kids suite at the Portofino. It was awesome. Or were you looking for something more grown up?

Why did they get rid of it?! Do they have any type of conceirge there now?

Ther e is NO concierge at the Portofino and there are no plans in the near future to bring it back. Hard Rock does have concierge, it is called the club floor and we were just there this past August.
