Has anyone stayed at the NCV or Marina Del Mar condos?

I'm trying to plan a DL/San Diego area vacation. We want to stay in a condo on the beach, preferably beachfront, for our second week (after DL). I can't decide between the Carlsbad Inn, North Coast Village condos or Marina Del Mar condos. Has anyone stayed at any of these? Thanks!
