Has anyone stayed at the Knotts Berry Farm Hotel?

Has anyone stayed at the Knotts Berry Farm Hotel? It's got mixed reviews on Trip Advisor.

I saw a package on their website that covers 2 nights accommodation, 2 day park tickets, buffet breakfast, 2 Snoopy toys, a Snoopy themed room and a visit to the room by Snoopy.

DH loves Snoopy and this might be a 'pay off' for all the Disney stuff I've 'made' him do over the years. We always make it a point of visiting the park but never considered staying 'on site' till now.

Also, has anyone been to the Knotts water park? Is it worth an all day visit or could we do a 1 1/2 days at KBF and 1/2 day at the water park?

We stayed there a few years ago, got a great deal, room, tickets and full Buffett breakfast for 4 for around $200, it was the best value. The rooms were a great size, the breakfast was fantastic, would do it again booking one of the packages they have online. We virtually got our park tickets for free. I couldnt complain about anything.

I stayed there 18 years ago, so not much use
Last year we stayed at the Radisson Buena Park, which was average.
