Has anyone stayed at Buena Vista Suites?

I am having a terrible time deciding between a Caribe Royale 2BR Villa, two suites at Buena Vista Suites (a King and a 2 Queen), or two connecting rooms at Coronado Springs. I just can't make up my mind. We will have APs and our own car so parking and transportation are not an issue.

We stayed at Buena Vista Suites a couple of years ago. It was clean and the free breakfast was a nice way to start the day. It lacks any Disney magic, but the price was right. We just stayed there for a weekend between DVC resort stays. We had our own rental car so transportation was not an issue.

Can you still use the pool at the Caribe Royale while staing at the Buena Vista Suites?
