Has anyone seen

My Sisters Keeper? DD14 and I went to see it tonight and we should have brought our kleenex. I read the book a few months ago and I remember crying, but not that much. Everyone in the theather was crying , then DD and I started laughing, because it was getting pretty noisy.


So I was wondering if anyone else saw it and if you liked it?

Seen it, loved it, cried like a baby.

I loved it. 2 years ago, I was a 14 year old girl with cancer so I related A LOT to Kate's character. I swear I had the same "I'm tired, I'm sick, and I'm UGLY" speech at one point during treatment.
I didn't sob, but a few tears fell out. I guess I took it all in stride because I knew how most of it felt, and it doesn't really phase me. I'm reading the book now, and I'm excited to see how it all plays out.

I saw it the other night with my mom and sister for my moms bday. When we chose the movie, no one took into account that my sisters best friend of about 10 years just recently passed away from luekemia. My sister was crying like crazy. It was pretty sad though! I felt really bad for my sister =(
