Has anyone seen WoC from GCH?

Heading to DL tomorrow and was wondering about the WoC view from the terrace at GCH. I've already seen it but my brother doesn't really care. He says he'd like to see it but doesn't want to have to wait for it (he has an issue with crowds).

Has anyone tried watching it from the terrace at GCH? Was it any good? And can any GCH guest use it?

Someone posted on the Grand Californian thread about the views being poor from there. She said something about the best spot being to the far left. Hopefully you'll get more details from someone in the "know". I'm going in 2 weeks and will give it a try. I'll post when I get back.

I'm curious to know about this too as I don't think my DD1 will be one to wait and stand still, etc. I read something about a 6th floor Paradise viewing area at the GCH.
