Has anyone seen the EWP recently?

I was wondering if anyone has seen the EWP recently and noticed more floats coming back. It would be sad if they left it to just 3 floats for good. We just love that cheesy parade so much.

we saw it twice in OCt/Nov and it looked quite sad and pathetic - the first time not much happened at all, it appeared to be broken. The 2nd time the 3 floats were working but they looked a little lost on their own

The parade had 6 floats 3 weeks ago. We watched it from the shore of GF right after it finished its Poly run. Its cute to watch when you haven't seen it in a while (kids would probably love it). Right when we left the MK to head to GF by boat, they were beginning to tug the floats from their staging area and you can see that they had 2 or 3 more floats that they could've added to it if they wanted to.

I kust want to say that I absolutely LOVE the EWP!

I took my Boyfriend to wDW this september (right between Frances and Ivan) and lucky for us, all the floats were working. I hadn't been to WDW since 1995 and that was the ONLY thing that I told him we absolutely HAD to do while we were there. We stayed at POR but we took the bus over to MK and then the monorail over to the Poly to watch the parade from the beach with a drink from the Tambu lounge. It was AWESOME! He was so cute because he was like "that is so corny...you're so funny that you're 26 and like this thing" but he was waaay into it and we even went back over to the Poly a few nights later (at his request) to watch it the night before we left!

I heard on here that after the hurricanes that some of the floats were damaged...I'm glad to hear that they seem to be getting things back in order

We saw the EWP last Saturday night and if I remember correctly there were six floats. Our boat driver told us that some of the floats got damaged from the hurricanes. They are hoping to get them all operational soon. In the meantime, they are using the six good ones for the EWP.
