Has anyone seen the asking prices on TUG?

There is a Boardwalk contract for sale on TUG. It offers 50 BWV points per year for a bargain basement price of $5,000.00. But wait, there are no 2004 or 2005 points!

The buyer is also responsible for ALL costs, including ROFR, TRANSFER and CLOSING costs.

Someone better want the BWV really bad to bid on this contract.

Of course on the good side, I bet this would pass ROFR very quickly!

$5,000 cost of points
$ 450 closing costs (approx.)
$ 200 transfer fee
$????? ROFR fee (I don't know how much this is)

$5650. minimum costs

50 points

$113.00 minimum cost per point plus ROFR fee

WOW! That is still better than the $120/point on E-bay, but wasn't that for BCV? This person will be making a killing if he/she gets this price.

I would hate to be the buyer and then later find out about all of the other resale opportunities!
