Has anyone seen the 9" create your own Mickey Vinylmation?

Has anyone seen the 9" create your own Mickey Vinylmation in the Parks, Disney Springs, or elsewhere recently? For every trip we use these for our autograph collection, and I can no longer find it on the Shop Parks App. I'm hoping I can still pick it up on property.

Idk if they still sell vinylmation in the parks or at Disney springs. I haven't seen any of those in probably well over a year
