Has anyone sailed on Celebrity?

We booked our sailing on the Solstice around Thanksgiving and were able to see and book excursions right away. We’re sailing to Alaska end of June, so that’s, what, 7 months out?

You won’t find anything quite like the Disboards for other cruise lines. Cruise Critic has a Celebrity board, but you need to tread lightly sometimes....

Shows on Celebrity Summit were subpar. They actually did a movie medley and someone sang "My Heart Will Go On". DD looked at me and said, "Titanic? Are they for real?!"

I'm going in with the mindset that the shows won't be like the Disney productions. I'm always amused when Titanic is mentioned on a cruise. My very first cruise ever they actually showed the movie in the theater on the boat and I thought that was nuts.

2 words - Café Bacio.

This is the crowning glory of Celebrity. Fantastic breakfast pastries, followed by incredible desserts throughout the day and evening. Pair that with a drink package which gives you unlimited access to a huge list of specialty coffees, teas, fresh brewed ice teas, and other various beverages.....this is our favourite thing about Celebrity. A great place to hang out and talk along with the most perfect coffee shop at sea.

That sounds great, I'll definitely check it out.

Just remember that a lot of the posters on there take the CRITIC part very seriously. They can make the whining on here look like compliments.

It was probably show that or Speed 2: Cruise Control.

And sometimes it is a challenge. They have made me question my enthusiasm and experience in a ship or itinerary more than once.
