Has Anyone Requested Wedding Brochure from FTW site?

I ordered the wedding brochure from the DFTW site over a month ago and I have been eagerly running home to check the mail everyday just to be disappointed that nothing has come.

Has anyone received the brochure and does it have anything in it that I haven't already read on the Dis? And for some reason, I thought there was also a DVD... but am I wrong? Is it just a brochure?!?

I need to have my FTW fix while I'm waiting for the 2007 prices to be announced!!

I remember i ordered these things separately. It did take a long time (over 1 month) .

You could give Disney Fairy Tale Wedding a call to find out the status. I did that before, they should have your record.

I remember it took FOREVER to come (and I must have gone online and ordered it again, because I just got another one in the mail yesterday).

This is just my opinion, but I basically thought it was worthless. It just had everything thats on the Disney Weddings website (less maybe) and if you've done any research (on these boards, other sites, etc.) it won't be of much use! I didn't receive a DVD though...maybe that has more info?

starseed- don’t get too excited! I had the brochure; I said had because it went straight into the recycling bin; what a load of rubbish! Very little information, more details on the website. As for the DVD... I am not sure but it can’t be any worse than the brochure!

The DVD is mostly just pretty pictures and very little actual information. It's more of an advertisment than an informative tool. We used it to convince our families that a wedding at Disney is a good idea, but other than that it wasn't very useful.

I requested the brochure but had our whole Intimate planned before it even came in! I scrapbook, so I figure I'll either put the whole book in our wedding scrapbook or cut it up and use some elements from it as embellishments. It has pretty pictures if nothing else and it put me a good mood about our Disney wedding, but as far as information, like others have said, it has less than what is on the website.

Just to second what every one else has said, neither the DVD nor the brochure have anything very useful. There is much more information available on the web, especially here at the Dis.
