Has anyone rented with Florida Sun?

I had sent an inquiry into a bunch of places at WH and got back more than I could count. One that rolled in was from Florida sun and they rented a lot of WH and a few elsewhere. Their prices are more competitive than others but unlike VRBO I can't get review information.

Are you talking about Florida Sun Vacation Homes? This is the management company we always use, and they are always recommended by others on this board. The things we like about them are:

- the homes are very clean and look exactly like the pictures
- any maintenance issues are addressed immediately
- keyless entry where you report directly to your home/condo
- security system
- free pool heat in the winter months (other places charge $25 per day)
- competitive prices since they offer discounts for stays of 7 nights or longer (our trips are normally 8-10 days)

Thank you very much. Yes it is Florida Sun vacation homes and I appreciate the good review. I read most of the other thread you sent me. I have actually already booked with someone through vrbo but I only lose $30 to switch and I'm seriously considering it.

We rent from Florida Sun, too. We have never had a problem - homes are as advertised, clean and have the security system.
