Has anyone rented through Villa Direct

I am considering renting a vacation home in Seasons subdivision throughVilla Direct. Has anyone had any dealings with them? If so, how was it?

We rented thru an owner who used Villa Direct as their management company in Jan 2009.

The checkin was very easy. The villa was very clean. Maintenance responded quickly (within 24 hrs) to minor complaints about lightbulbs out and something else that I can't recall.

No need to return to the rental office to check out. We just had to call them.

I would use them again.
